We want you to love your Taylor Swift fashion items, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your return package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference until the refund is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
